COVID 19 News & info links

Join one of our 3 peer support groups on Zoom

Tuesdays 12.30-2.30pm

Commencing Wednesday 2nd September 11am-12.30pm

Fridays 12-1.30pm

As further restrictions are lifted many of us are experiencing increased anxiety around getting out and about, using public transport, doing shopping other than for essentials and drinking/eating out. All the links and phone numbers below can offer support and advice around this next stage.

Our helpline is also available Monday-Friday 10am-4pm 0300 365 9949 if you are experiencing acute distress and wish to speak to someone who is familiar with and had personal experience of mental health distress.
