COVID 19 Post easing

As further restrictions are lifted many of us are experiencing increased anxiety around getting out and about, using public transport, doing shopping other than for essentials and drinking/eating out. All the links and phone numbers below can offer support and advice around this next stage.

Our helpline is available Monday-Friday 10am-4pm 0300 365 9949  if you are experiencing acute distress and wish to speak to someone who is familiar with and has had personal experience of mental health distress.
